Description 

In a small house a short distance from a small town forgotten by the world, Valenbrook, a once respected scientist, Dr. Victor Reinhardt, has succumbed to an all-consuming madness. 

In his quest to unlock the mysteries of immortality, his experiments have gone awry, transforming him into a monstrous creature.

 Legend has it that shadows lurk in the night, and horrific murders rock the town. 

The inhabitants live in constant terror. 

 The player takes the role of Alex Turner, an intrepid photojournalist in search of thrills and hidden truths. Alex receives a mysterious letter asking him to come to Valenbrook to investigate a series of strange murders. Curious and hungry for macabre discoveries, Alex sets off, armed with his camera and his courage.

        Conclusion 

The Shadows is an immersive horror game where players juggle investigation, photography and survival in the face of an ever-present threat. Each photo taken is a piece of the jigsaw that will reveal the truth about the dark events that transformed a scientist into a monster and plunged a town into fear.
